breaks are designed to encourage attendees to enter the expo room. An
Exhibitor's lounge and cybercafe will be set up in the foyer (near the
registration area) for use when the expo room is closed.

a exhibitor, you are entitled to one conference/expo pass and one additional
expo-only pass. To register additional conference attendees, please fill

booking form or Fax the downloadable

All
exhibitors must adhere to the Exhibitor
Contract Terms.

Exhibitors
will need to provide Market Access International with:

An expo only
pass is only $59* and entitles you or your client to gain access to the
exhibit hall from 2pm-4pm on June 21 and June 22.
*This
fee does not include access to the plenary and breakout sessions, access
to the exhibits during other hours, conference materials, or any of the
sponsored meals or breaks. You must register for the conference to take
advantage of those benefits.
We accept

CANCELLATION
POLICY:
No refunds are given for cancellations of your expo only pass. You may,
however, send a substitute.
