Biography of Lieutenant Colonel Marianne Watson

Lt. Col. assumed duties as the Chief, Personnel Division on 13 June 2005. Her responsibilities include the Personnel Electronic Records Management System (PERMS), Personnel Transformation, and legacy systems along with Department of the Army Promotion Boards, and Officer Promotions and Evaluations. LTC Watson previously served as the Army PERMS Functional Committee Chair and the ARNG program manager for State PERMS development. She has earned a Masters in Science degree in National Security Strategy from the National War College in 2005, a Masters in Business Administration from Averett University in 1996, and a baccalaureate degree in management from St. Louis University.
