Isaac M. Webb, CMDSM, EMCM, is the Distribution Services Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton.  Booz Allen is a global strategy and technology consulting firm, founded in 1914.  At Booz Allen, Isaac manages the firm’s domestic distribution operations and staff in San Diego California, Chicago Illinois, New York City and other locations across the country.  Isaac is based at the firm’s McLean Virginia headquarters campus which has five buildings and more than 3,000 employees. Isaac began his career in distribution systems as a mail clerk with Prison Fellowship Ministries, a non profit Christian ministry, in 1981.  Over his  25 year career, he has been a speaker at major conferences such as the National Postal Forum and MAILCOM.  He has received numerous awards from the United States Postal Service and other industry associations, including the Postal Service’s April, 2003 award for his participation in the design, development, and implementation of the Executive Mail Center Manager (EMCM) program.  He is also a recipient of the Mail Systems Management Association’s Manager of the Year award.  Isaac has been with Booz Allen since 1988 and is current  president  of the metropolitan Washington DC area chapter of the Mail Systems Management Association.
