About This Conference
Document security initiatives are defining new levels of document automation
that significantly increase protection and assurance in document distribution.
New technologies, new applications and new companies are being formed
to take these exciting solutions to the government market. New laws will
move this quickly from technology solutions to applied practice in government.
And these are important new capabilities. As government has to do more
with less, they are being asked to increase protection of sensitive data.
That data may be internal memoranda, national security information, communications
between private companies and individuals and government or private data
under custodianship of the government.Looking downstream the prospects
are exciting. New developments are coming in areas of:
- Electronic signatures
- Digital notary services
- Timestamps
